Black Sun Milano

First time in a sunbed in Italy! You might think why I would go to a sunbed when we still have sunny days with over 26 degrees and the answer is because I don't have time to be in the sun...

My colleague recommended this place Black Sun on Corso Vittorio Emanuelle so I went there today. It was the most amazing sunbed place I've ever seen. Super high tech mascines and excellent service.

I used the sun burning mascine only for my face and got surprised of the result. Immediate effect!

For sure I'll be back! Now time for a yammi pancerotto before heading back to work.

New Bershka store in Milan

A week ago or so a new Bershka store opened on the mail shopping street, Corso Vittorio Emanuelle. From the outside it looks very cool and its always packed of people, trendy people... But today I entered and it was a disappointment, the store was cool but they still only have the same low class clothes they always had. Buuu...

Pool pics

Even if it was strongly forbidden to take pictures inside the swimming pool area we managed to make some... but not as many I would have loved to take :(

It must be hard to look uglier than I do with this thing on my head... But we had a good laugh :)

Johanna and Natalia didn't even go swimming thanks to the rule of the cover of your hair in the swimming pool but I was strong and pulled the disgusting thing on.

Faust @ Teatro alla Scala

The tickets I got had really good seats...!!



...but the show was so boring...


I'm not an opera person, that's for sure. I love musicals, concerts and even ballets but operas is not for me.

Even if we had seats worth more than 300euro together I managed to fall asleep a few minutes. They were singing (screaming) in french and it was impossible to understand the story.

Anyway, now I can tick the box of 'have been to Teatro della Scala' at least. The theater itself was very beautiful.

Trying for the first time in my life to add a home made video, not sure if it's working?

A day in China

Today I woke up early to meet Vale that came to Milan to see me. We went straight to "china town" to go shopping. New experience for me.

China town in London is small, quite nice and full of asian restaurants. China town in Milan is massive. Lots of streets packed with ugly small shops and restaurants. They sell lots of crap but if you're lucky you can find amazingly nice things for very very low prices. I was looking for a dress for next weekends wedding but no success.

Had a very fun day though walking around in the stores trying on millions of things. We also managed to eat a massive chineese meal and afterwards we both felt sick, haha.

Now I gonna go home and rest and decide what to do tonight. Choosing by football tournament/picnic in the park, movie evening or aperitivo at just cavalli...

IKEA Milano

Ohhh, I love IKEA!! Today I was there with Una to buy bed linnen, towels and a little lamp but also to eat some delicious swedish meatballs and a small princesstarta :) But it seems like IKEA here is a bit more expensive than the ones in London. €4.90 for a plate of meatballs with potatos....

Two turists in Milano

This weekend is the first weekend one of my flatmates stayed in Milano - normally both of them go away every weekend so I can have lots of parties ;) Anyway, this weekend Francesca needed to study so she stayed and instead her boyfriend came to visit. Today Fra had to stay in all day so instead me and her boyfriend Edoardo went out for a three hour long walk through the whole town. The weather is amazing, 23 degrees and sunshine and now we're relaxing in the sunin front of the duomo.

Pics; Edo in Via Monte Napoleone with lots of lamps, the 2 hours queue in front of the abercrombie store, me eating a lovely panzerotto from the famous Panzerotti place "Luini" and then Edo in front of the Duomo catherdral.
