Letters to Juliet

Just saw the movie "Letters to Juliet" which is out on the cinema right now. Sooooooo cute and romantic!

I'm a romantic person that believes in true love and in destiny and I just loved this movie!

Slept the day away

I wrote yesteday nigth that I didn't feel very well, I was extremly tired and had a sore throat. I went to bed early and felt asleep straight away but I didn't sleep very well. I woke up millions of times and was both sweathing and freezing.

This morning I got up around 9am, had breakfast and watched some crap "The hills" episodes on MTV and then I went back to bed sleeping.

Woke up again at 1pm, ate lunch and watched the new Shrek movie - Shrek forever after. It was quite bad... haha. I didn't even love the first 3 films like everyone else, so I wasn't very surprised that I didn't like the fouth one. But it had good message - try to see all the good you have in life before it's too late!

After the movie I went back to bed and slept another hour. Then I finally felt a bit better so I got up, had a long shower, some self pampering and some nice icecream.

I'm feeling a bit better now. I got fever but just a little bit. I got sore throat, but not a lot. The only thing is that I'm really tired...


Now I'm getting prepared to go out for sushi dinner with Stefii, I need to get out and see the sun light and get some fresh air. We were supposed to go to Bergamo Alta for dinner but as I didn't feel well and she only slept two hours last night we're saving that for another evening.

Tripple movie night

Today when I finished working at 7pm Sofie came to pick me up and we walked back to my place together to have a mega movie night. Later on also Sara came over.

When we got home we ate bruschettas and watched movie nr 1 - Obsessed. A quite good movie even if it was funny to see Beyonce swearing in Italian... ;)

Then we put on movie number 2 - Le conseguenze dell'amore / The consequences of love; a movie that got top critics but I thought it was crap. So strange. Didn't even understand everything.

Movie number 3 was - Serendipity. That was a movie I guess I could have liked but I fell asleep...

Now, even if I have all wet hair after the shower I gonna go to bed. I gonna wake up like a poudle but that's a problem I will deal with tomorrow.

Movie - Law Abiding Citizen

Tonight I went to the cinema with Natii. We saw a movie called "Law Abiding Citizen" - In Italian "Giustizia Privata". It's a movie that came out in the beginning of the year but as Italy is even after Sweden in getting the new movies out on the cinema, this movie is quite new here... sad but true.

The first five minutes it irritated me that Jamie Fox spoke in Italian but after a while I didn't even think about it anymore as the movie was so gripping.

It was a very very cleaver movie. The idea was a little bit like the saw movies but I liked this one better. In other words a very good movie!!

Now I gonna go to bed and for the first time since I'm in Italy I think I gonna start reading a book....

Walt Disney's Pinocchio

Yesterday night I saw the original Walt Disney's Pinocchio. It was very sweet. I really like the old Disney movies... However, I felt asleep ;)

Today I'm going to the pool with Natalia and I will bring the book I bought yesterday and I hope it's gonna be easier to understand it now when I know the story!

Tre metri sopra il cielo

Tonight we've cooked a very yammi spagetti with cherry tomatoes, prawns and chili and then we watched one of my favourite movies of all times; "Tre metri sopra il cielo". Do I need to stay we both cried like little babys. It's so sad but also a very very beautiful film.

Watching this movie made me remeber old times in my life, the good times that became extremly bad times... times when I thought I was happy... but it was times when I cried more than I laughed.... Even if I mostly remember it as good times, in reality it must have been bad times...? Life is strange!

Now I gonna make a nice phone call before sleeping so I can go to bed with a smile on my face :)

Scusa Ma Ti Chiamo Amore

Tonight something big happened. I managed to say no to an invite to go out dancing, something I more and less never manage to do normally. Luca and his friends were going to the beach club and Johanna and I was close to join but in the end we said no and followed our plans to stay home to have movie evening together.

We saw the movie "Scusa ma ti chiamo amore", one of my favourite Italian movies. So sweet! So now I have to buy the movie number two that just came out on dvd, Scusa ma ti voglio sposare.

...However, tonight the movie manage to make me more sad than anything else, donno why.... But hey, since a few years back it's quite normal that I get mentaly sad when I watch the Italian love movies, so nothing to worry about, haha.

Sex and the city 2

FIIIIINALY!!!

It's been more than a month since the new Sex and the City movie came out and I managed to see it today...

First I was supposed to see it in Stockholm with Erika but the tickets were sold out. Then I was supposed to see it on the international cinema in Milan with Norma but again the tickets were sold out. And now I've been waiting for three weeks to see it with my manager Paola and my ex colleague Stefania G... All three of us been away on different small trips so it's been hard to get us together but tonight finally we managed!

The movie was nice, much better than I thought (as I read so much bad about it) but for sure it was not as good as the series or the first movie. But I enjoyed it a lot anyway!

After the cinema the three of us went for aperitivo at Frank, a fancy bar close to Porta Venezia.

Spent the evening crying

The first two weeks of this years I cried like mad (different reasons) and then I stopped! Except few tears when watching Gossip girls or nice movies I haven't cried since beginning of the year, until today...

Tonight, as I'm not feeling very well, I stayed home so I decided to watch the movie "A walk to remember" that I bought some time ago when I friend recommended it. She said it was sad but she could have warned me a bit more. I cried though the whole second half of the movie and also afterwards, jezez. Only time this happened before was when I saw "The Notebook" for the first time. That time I had Kristofer drying my tears with a whole bath towel, tonight I was alone. But I think that was good, whoever would have seen me tonight would have thought I'm completely mad, haha.

Now, as my eyes are crazily swollen, my nose all blocked and my stomach aches so much I can hardly sit or stand up I think I gonna hit my bed....

Amore 14

In the end I stayed home studying a bit, talked for long on the phone with Johanna and watched "Amore 14" with Francesca. Such nice and sweet movie and I couldn't help letting some tears out :) Beautiful, recommended to all romantic film lovers!

Now I'm off to bed.
